July and August: Weekly bookings only (7-night stays).
All bookings require a $200 deposit for your stay.
Cancellations are eligible for a deposit refund only if made within 40 days of booking.

Fees:
Offseason (June, September, October) - $125 per night
Full Season (July, August) - $1,250 per week
